Hey, it’s Graham here, and I’m coming at you from my sister’s place this time. And, hey, can you notice behind me on the wall there were some matching degrees? Isn’t that cute? My sister and her husband happened to go to the same university, so, yeah, they’ve got matching degrees on the wall. But that’s not really what I’m here to talk about. What I want to do is give you my biggest tip ever for meeting and becoming confident with women.

Now, I was talking to my mate Peter last week and he said to me that when he read The Confident Man Program Guide, this was the biggest tip that he got from it and that’s why I list it as my number 1 skill that any guy who wants to be confident with women should learn. And so do you want to know what it is? I’ll tell you.

It’s learn to dance. Basically, women love men that know how to dance. It’s biologically programmed into them. Dancing is a courtship ritual that we inherited from our ancestors. You’ll see a lot of birds using dance as a way of attracting a mate. And the same circuitry that’s in those bids is also in every woman’s head.

So what you want to do is get yourself out to a dance class if you don’t already know how to dance because this is an absolute sure-fire way to meet more women, to increase your confidence around women, to become a more attractive appealing guy. It’s an absolutely no-lose situation.

Sure, you might feel a little bit awkward at first when you can’t do it because you’re going to look incompetent. But getting past that is all just part of the fun.

Now, I recommend that you pick a dance style that’s based on a type of music that you like. If you like rock and roll music, go rock and roll dancing. If you like Latin music, try some salsa. If you like modern pop type music, try some modern jive. Particularly hit the partner dances because those are the ones that are going to get you into the arms of the women the quickest. And perhaps do some hip-hop or some funk classes on the side just to get your muscle tone right and to get a few skills under your belt.

Guys, I highly recommend this. It totally changed my life when I learned to dance a few years ago, and I’m always finding opportunities to pull it out of the bag and have a nice little boogie with a lady. So give it a go. If you’re after more tips, check out The Confident Man Program, and I’ll see you on the dance floor.
