I offer one-on-one coaching via Skype to men (and women) anywhere in the world so you get help tailored to your specific needs. Confidence is a social skill, so your confidence will grow faster when I coach you in person. You get support, understanding and direct feedback on your situation which will enable you to gain confidence and deal with the issues in your life much more quickly than you could on your own. I can help you pinpoint and deal with the troubling emotions that underlie a lack of confidence and low self-esteem because I know from personal experience how helpful this can be.

I’ll be your sounding board to talk over what’s going on for you with no bullshit. Often it takes another person to help us see what’s really going on for us. I also use a series of questions to pinpoint exactly where you are stuck and how to move forward by identifying and dealing with the unpleasant emotion that is holding you back. It’s difficult to have a clear perspective on our own emotional issues and this is why a coach with an outside perspective can be so helpful. I have many coaches, and have found the process invaluable in my own life, which is why I’m offering it to you.

If you’re a man, having support from other men is vital to overcoming the isolation that many of us feel when we lack confidence. Building confidence has been a huge challenge for me, so I understand where you’re coming from. You’ll get the understanding, support and encouragement you need to help you move forward. You get to be really honest about exactly where you’re at, and get specific feedback on what action you can take to improve your life. I can also be your empathy buddy and offer you the empathy required to heal the emotional wounds that undermine self-confidence. The process is all about setting your true self free. I work hard on being as authentic and honest as possible in my own life, and would love to help you to do the same.

I work with clients all around the world via Skype. Each coaching session lasts for 1 hour and costs A$150 Australian dollars, paid in advance via Australian Bank Transfer or PayPal.
